Invoked after a ViewStub successfully inflated its layout resource. This method is invoked after the inflated view was added to the hierarchy but before the layout pass.

Parameters
`stub`	`ViewStub`: The ViewStub that initiated the inflation.
`inflated`	`View`: The inflated View.
